About the Role

A Solar Sales Consultant is not a lead generation role . We are seeking experienced sales representatives that are closers with a track record of success in sales and are looking for the right environment to be successful.
The sales process in solar should be educational for your customers and we realize that it is an emotional decision for people to make the switch, so we focus on making sure that our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money is coming from to help pay for their project so that it doesn't seem "too good to be true".

Requirements

  • Source and develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers

  • Conduct in-home / Web Conference sales presentations

  • Meet minimum required sales targets for assigned consultant level

  • Attend required trainings, company assigned appointments, and company events

  • Manage project pipeline of activity from consultation to install

  • Remain up-to-date on solar industry trends and best practices
